Welcome to Steleum. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Steleum's automated cryptocurrency trading platform and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Steleum. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where automated cryptocurrency trading services are restricted or prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Steleum complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Beta Service
Steleum is currently in limited beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. Beta users acknowledge they are using a product under active development.
3. Account Registration
To use Steleum, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account with any other person
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Exchange Connection
Steleum operates by connecting to your existing cryptocurrency exchange account via API keys you provide. Currently supported exchanges: Bitunix.
You are responsible for:
- Generating API keys with appropriate permissions
- Maintaining sufficient balance in your exchange account
- Compliance with the terms of service of any connected exchange
- All trading activity that occurs through your connected account
You authorize Steleum to execute trades on your behalf according to your selected configuration.
5. Trading Risks
CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Past performance does not predict future results
- You may lose some or all of the funds in your trading account
- Automated trading does not guarantee profits
- Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
- Technical failures (network outages, exchange downtime, bugs) may affect trade execution
- You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely

6. Fees and Subscriptions
Steleum offers various subscription tiers with different feature access. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Beta users may receive promotional access to certain features. Promotional access does not constitute a permanent entitlement and may be modified or revoked.
Cryptocurrency exchange trading fees are charged separately by the exchange and are not included in Steleum's subscription fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and other materials provided through the Service are the property of Steleum or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated tools to scrape data from the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
- Violate the rights of other users
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of trading signals or analyses
- Specific financial returns or profitability
- The continuous availability of any feature
- The security of any third-party exchange connections
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELEUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Trading losses incurred while using the Service
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steleum, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your trading activity
13. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any positions open on connected exchanges; Steleum is not obligated to manage these after termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Service notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
